Immerse yourself in Indian classical dance tradition of South India at our SAA-UK Dance Academy. Developed and delivered by nationally renowned teacher Santosh Menon and Ramya Tangirala, our classes provide the perfect environment to explore these two classical Indian dance forms in a supportive atmosphere.
Discover the grace, poise and rhythm of Bharatanatyam; a dance crafted with sculptured movements, facial expressions and hand gestures that express stories and emotion. We offer the wonderful opportunity to achieve ISTD qualifications and perform at various cultural events across the region

The term Kathak is derived from the Vedic Sanskrit word Katha meaning “story”. Wandering Kathakas communicated stories from the great epics and ancient mythology through dance, songs and music in a manner similar to early Greek theatre.
Offers participants a chance to get it fit on a Friday evening, burn off calories through fast spins, fast footwork and delicate movements with highly respected and renowned teacher Jyoti Manral. Pop your hair up in a bun, slip on your kurta top, leggings and gungaroos and be ready to dance the dance in professional studios.
